§ 10-4.355. Landscape plan maintenance specifications.

All landscape plans shall include a schedule of maintenance specifications addressing pruning, fertilization, water requirements, pest management, and other cultural requirements necessary to provide guidance in maintaining landscape material in order to accomplish design goals.

Landscape management plans for long range maintenance of natural areas used as landscape credit, or for management of endangered, threatened, or specially concerned species identified in accordance with section 10-4.202 shall be provided as part of the operating permit consistent with subsections 10-4.209(f)(1)h. and (g)(7).
