§ 10-4.357. Use of landscape area.

Latest version.

No required landscape area shall be used for parking (except limited encroachment as permitted in subsection 10-4.347(1)b.) or for accessway structures, garbage or trash collection or any other functional use contrary to the intent and purposes of this division.
