§ 10-4.381. Intent of Bradfordville standards.

It is the intent of this subdivision to provide more stringent standards that will protect the unique natural features within the Bradfordville Study Area. The requirements of this subdivision are supplemental to the requirements of the EMA. If there are any standards in any other part of the EMA which are more restrictive than the standards set forth herein, the more restrictive standards shall apply. The Bradfordville Study Area is that area so defined in the Bradfordville Sector Plan adopted by the Leon County Board of County Commissioners on July 11, 2000.
