§ 10-4.344. Landscape area requirements.

A minimum of 20 percent of the total developed area shall be devoted to landscaping, except for industrial land uses which shall devote a minimum of 15 percent of the total developed area to landscaping. In any event, at least five percent of the landscape area shall be located within the interior area of the site. The landscape area requirements shall be in addition to the minimum natural areas of subsection 10-4.345(a) below, unless the natural area qualifies for landscape credit under the criteria specified in subsection 10-4.345(b).
